Freak flag flying perp headlines this week's mug shot roundup

SEPTEMBER 25--The 63-year-old Floridian who kicks off this week's mug shot roundup was booked yesterday on a felony charge of throwing a deadly missile or object. While he was surely fingerprinted for identification purposes, that probably was not necessary. As for the other suspects, two notes: 1) The 19-year-old woman on page #10 was busted this week by Florida cops for assault and possession of a concealed weapon. The hidden item, though, was not the brass knuckles under her shirt; and 2) Despite the busy background, it's hard to miss the hidden message being delivered by the California man, 28, on page #13. He was collared last Friday on a felony impersonation rap. (15 pages)
